Do curfews keep teenagers out of trouble?
NO, I think.
Because if we have curfews, we can't go to the place where we like. Going out on the town at night is things that we can do that only during our youth.
Town at night is dangerous, to be sure, but there are a lot of exciting things. For example, enjoying the sight of cherry blossoms by night, setting off fireworks and going to the club and more...
Then, we can't make good memories if we have strict curfews.
In the night, we just have to go out carefully. So, I think that not all curfews keep teenagers out of trouble.

In the night, there are some dangerous places. If we are very careful and don't close there, we can enjoy a lot of thing! Especially, I like doing fireworks:)
